Overall machine functions

1. This machine is composed of paper feeding, printing, slitting, stacking and other parts. It can complete the printing, creasing, slitting, corner cutting, punching and other processes of three-layer, five-layer and corrugated cardboard at one time.
2 The wall panels are made of cast iron and have undergone heat treatment and annealing. They are 30mm thick, have good shock absorption performance and do not deform. The hole processing is carried out by high-precision CNC machining centers, and the center distance accuracy of the holes can reach ±0.01mm.
3. All transmission gears are designed with helical teeth, ensuring smooth and reliable transmission. They are cast from high-carbon alloy steel and finely ground, with a precision grade of over 6. The gear width is 50mm, and they are lubricated by closed spray lubrication.
4. The printing section and the slitting section all adopt planetary gear transmission, which is precise and durable. Phase adjustment is controlled by an encoder in conjunction with a PLC, with a controllable accuracy of ±0.1mm, which is precise and reliable.
5. All bearings are selected from well-known brands such as "Wazhou" and "Luoyang Bearing". The planetary gears adopt keyless coupling sleeves.
6. The entire oil tank is made of cast iron and has been precisely processed to prevent oil leakage.
7. Vacuum adsorption is adopted to convey cardboard (the surface of the paper feeding wheel is ceramic, which increases the wear resistance and service life.) The cardboard can pass through the printing section smoothly without using a paper pull ring.
8. The clutches of each group of units are electrically equipped with alarm bells. When the clutch is engaged, the bell will ring continuously to warn and ensure the safety of the operators. The constant torque clutch can buffer the collision between each unit in case of misoperation. Each unit is equipped with an emergency stop switch. When entering to work, it can cut off the power supply of the clutch motor to ensure personal safety. The clutch motor is made in Taiwan with a power of 1.5kw.
After each group of units is closed, they are pneumatically locked between each group. When the cylinders are not fully locked, the main motor cannot start and operate. When the main motor is running, the locking cylinder cannot be opened. After the locking of each unit is released, the transmission system automatically brakes to maintain the original position of the gears. Both the front and rear machines are equipped with emergency stop switches, ensuring safety and reliability.
10. Each unit is equipped with an automatic zeroing system, which is easy to operate and convenient for changing orders. Just send two samples for adjustment to the correct size, reducing cardboard waste.
11. The main console's human-machine interface can visually display production speed, production quantity, etc. Clicking will respectively enter the interfaces of paper feeding, printing (multi-color), slitting, die-cutting and other units, and you can adjust and control each unit.
12. The whole machine has an elegant appearance and soft colors. The modular design enables you to add or remove any unit at will.
13. One-click order changing, automatic adjustment. The paper feeding unit and die-cutting unit input the length * width * height of the carton and one-click adjust the size of the paper feeding unit baffle and the slitting unit cutter head and creasing line size.
14. The paper feeding unit is equipped with a probe scale device, which automatically calculates the thickness of the cardboard and automatically adjusts all the paper feeding pressures of the entire machine, making it simple, convenient and fast.
15. The entire machine adopts an imported networking mode and switch communication, featuring fast and accurate communication speed.
