The main features
◆The whole machine is designed in strict accordance with THE EU CE safety standard, with standardization, generalization and humanization. According to the man-machine integrated manufacturing
concept, it can directly set, modify, execute, replace, memory and other functions on the touch screen. It is a product with ultra-high cost performance.
◆ Touch screen man-machine interface dialogue and electric control dual-system operation functions, with intelligent zero memory automatic reset, storage of orders and other functions; Optional remote tracking service system.
◆ Human-machine interface display, PLC controller, frequency converter, servo driver are selected from Siemens, Bosch Rexroth, Yaskawa and other world famous brands.
◆The main transmission gear is made of (20CrMnTi) high quality alloy steel. After programmed automatic carding, quenching and grinding processing, the hardness of the tooth surface is guaranteed to be uniform and consistent, reaching the six-level standard precision (HRC58-62)
◆All inner holes of rollers and shafts are machined to ensure uniform wall thickness and stable and reliable operation at high speed; In the process of processing, after several quenching and tempering treatment to eliminate stress changes, through grinding surface coating protection.
◆ Key-free connector is applied to eliminate the gap caused by traditional connection and keep the accuracy of machine printing for a long time.
◆ The transmission lubrication mechanism adopts spray type splash prevention device: the lubrication system circulates automatically, and is equipped with anti-seepage and oil leakage mechanism.
