The sealing and protective performance of the vacuum forming packaging machine has solved the rust prevention problem of hardware accessories. The equipment adopts PVC adhesive film. Through vacuum adsorption, the film is closely adhered to the surface of the accessories and the tray, forming a completely sealed packaging environment, which can effectively isolate air and moisture. We conducted an accelerated aging test: The screws in the form-fitting packaging were stored in an environment with 85% humidity for 6 months. After being taken out, there was no rust at all. However, the screws packaged in traditional plastic bags showed obvious rust spots within two months. This advantage has made our products particularly popular in the humid southern market, with the number of dealer orders increasing fivefold.
