Based on the previous manual packaging cost of 200 yuan per person per day, 300 workers are needed to process 150,000 orders per day, with a daily labor cost of 60,000 yuan. Now, the monthly salary of 8 operators is 6,000 yuan, with a daily labor cost of only 1,600 yuan, saving 1.75 million yuan in labor expenses each month. Meanwhile, the precise bag-cutting function of the equipment has reduced the loss rate of packaging materials from 12% to 1.5%. Calculated based on the monthly consumption of 500,000 packaging bags, an additional 42,500 yuan can be saved each month. This dual advantage of "high efficiency and cost savings" has significantly enhanced our price competitiveness among similar e-commerce platforms.

From the perspective of industry trends, the core competitiveness of e-commerce fulfillment has shifted from "price" to "efficiency". This year, we plan to introduce two more upgraded packaging machines with weighing detection functions to further achieve full-process control of "abnormal alarm for weight verification". Facts have proved that high-quality packaging equipment is not a cost burden but a core asset for enhancing contract fulfillment capabilities and seizing market share.
