The core advantage of the fully automatic packaging machine lies in process integration and unmanned operation. Traditional manual packaging involves multiple steps such as bag taking, bag holding, loading, sealing, and label affixing. However, the packaging machine we have introduced has achieved "one-click" integration: the mechanical hand automatically grabs the customized packaging bags, precisely holds the bags through the negative pressure device, the conveyor belt conveys the goods into the bags, and the ultrasonic sealing system completes the sealing within 0.8 seconds, simultaneously printing and affixing the logistics waybills. The entire process requires no human intervention. A single device can complete the packaging of 80 bags per minute, which is more than ten times the efficiency of manual operation.
The improvement of packaging accuracy has completely resolved the pain points of customer complaints. The visual recognition system equipped on the device can scan the product barcodes in real time and conduct double verification with the order information. If there is a mismatch between the product and the order or if the product is missing, the machine will immediately stop and sound an alarm. During last year's Double 11 period, among the 800,000 orders we handled, only 230 packaging issues occurred, and all were intercepted by the equipment before being dispatched from the warehouse. Compared with the previous situation of "30 errors and omissions per thousand orders" during manual packaging, the accuracy has been improved by 98%.
